Photography and Story by Jeffrey Howard. The Champs were all out old fashion instrumental rock and roll. The one guitar player has long Ted Nugent hair. How often do you see bands with long hair???? They deserve coolness for takin' it (long hair) back. Every year it seems Trans Am get new gear. This show was pretty funny. Make no mistake the electronic rock and roll sounds are Trans Am forte. They are a true American band. They were first known as playing only instrumental. Trans Am have added more vocals to their music. But they run it through a processor or something so they sound like robots. |
