The Deadly Snakes were terribly boring. The drummer was good but someone teach the guitar player to play IN TIME please. Please?

The Rodgers Sisters were all right. They're a girl-girl-boy trio. Kinda sparse rock and rollish. The bass players hair would flair about and always come falling back neatly in place.

The Hives were fantastic. The singers English has gotten better since the first time they toured the USA in 2001. I could actually make out most of what he was saying this time. The band put on a great show, playing all the hits. Great energy and hook were in full effect.

This may be one of the funnest shows of the year. Even if it was at House of Blues, home of 'no cameras' but you can use your cell phone camera with wild abandon. Whatever! I totally feel naked if I don't have my camera.
