Teenage Cool Kids has a tour date open and needed a show so they came back to Orlando to play at Uncle Lou's. It was great to be able to see them again, knowing their songs a little better from listening to the CD. Also playing earlier in the week, Slippery Slopes played another fun set. Opening was Jim O'Rourke, Orlando's version of Guided By Voices. This set was pretty unlistenable. I don't know what he was trying to do but I seemed like a mess.
