| These are reviews of anything and everything. It's music, it's video games, movies, toys. They don't necessarily have to be new either. | |

Fashion Fashion and the Image Boys have been wrecking havoc on the central Florida rock scene for well over a year. Their alcohol indulged bottle-throwing rock and roll performances have sent many concert goer into a sloppy, fallen down frenzy. Creating a scene and contoversey from town to town across the south is their specialty and probably don't care what anyone thinks about it. This their first release showcases the band out of the live limelight. The boys come across just as brash. Breakneck drumming from Tracy Blades stand out throught as DJ Dialtone's pulsating guitar chords take charge while Reacharound Robbie follows along on the low end. When vocalist Sleazy G screams "You're killing rock and roll" you think he is kicking any lame band in the ass for even trying. The music goes along pretty quick and ends with a catchy song called "Last Good Brawl of Summer" which I liked the best. -- Jeffrey Howard. Scoring = (2/4) |

R2-D2 There have been so many different collections and series that Hasbro has released to the market since they took over Kenner Toys reign of manufacturing Star Wars toys. R2-D2 is one of those characters that seems well you really can't do too much with. Hasbro has made a way of making a different figure for just about every scene in the saga. There's one R2 that has a shiny dome that spins, and another one that has a gray dome but with a periscope. Another one gets dust from the sand of Tattooine. Another one mud from Dagobah. Some have two legs, others have all three. I almost roll my eyes. How much money can George Lucas milk fans out of selling the same thing over and over? Lots. Myself included. I love R2-D2. He's my favorite character. And I am one of those suckers who buys every figure, whatever the nuiance. The newest series is called the Saga Collection and it focuses on just one movie at a specific point in the movie. This figure takes place in the moment of the battle for Hoth during The Empire Strikes Back when R2 and See-Threepio walk through the ice tunnels. This figure comes packaged with some plastic boxes and backpack-looking things but I'm not sure what they are for. I didn't open the package but it looked like the front of R2 opened up so you could put them inside. I could be wrong. I wonder what new R2-D2 figure I will be buying next. -- Jeffrey Howard. |

Aeon Flux Sucks so bad I almost cried. I will say no more other than go watch the DVD of the animated series. Avoid this live action movie. Scoring = Don't watch, ever.-- Jeffrey Howard. |
