I forget how long Church Street Station had been closed. Maybe three years? It was bought by that guy who gave the world The Backstreet Boys. He was supposed to move his operations/studio to this building with tons of incentives to rebuild the Exchange, kinda like a TRL for Orlando. They haven't lived up to their end of the bargain so it's layed waste but in the areas where the public can see they've moved in and started repairing the disarray.
